Without the support of a hands-on Pharmacy Resident, it would be hard for the Pharmacist to get the job done. This team player monitors drug therapy, assists in implementing formulary systems, participates in patient care committees and much more. If you love keeping busy, this is the job for you. If so, we have an active job waiting just for you. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Drug therapy monitoring. Review microbiology data daily. Support cost-effective formulary management. Provide drug information and education as required. Perform pharmacokinetic calculations and dosing recommendations per protocol. Assist the Clinical Manager with formulary requests. Participate in investigational drug protocols as assigned. Develop required reports. Ensure that medication orders are processed timely, accurately and according to all legal, professional and departmental standards for dispensing and record keeping. Manage the disposition of controlled substances, other dangerous drugs, and investigational drugs as required by Federal and State statutes and regulations. QUALIFICATIONS Required Doctorate Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Pharmacist License - . Indiana Pharmacy Resident Teaching Certificate - .
