WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Professional Development Opportunities Faith-based, Mission-focused Organization Operating Room Current openings: .4 FTE Days Post-Procedure Clean Up: Assists in the cleanup of the surgical environment after a procedure, ensuring the operating room is cleaned and set up for turnover to the next procedure. Removes equipment from surgery room and follows proper procedure to dispose of contaminated equipment and supplies. Handles and disposes of sharps, biohazardous waste, regular trash, and contaminated linens according to procedures and policies. Patient Preparation: Transports patients to the operating room, helps position the patient on the operating table, and prepares the patient for surgery by removing hair and disinfecting incision sites, as required.
