Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Franciscan Health Dyer. This is a night shift position, working 36 hours per week, with every other Saturday and Sunday.
The ideal candidate will have experience in telemetry and be certified in BLS and NIH. Experience with Epic charting or similar EMR systems and Alaris IV pumps is also preferred.
Patient Population
The patients on this unit are typically observation and inpatient status, with common diagnoses including chest pain, stroke, CHF, CKD, COPD, failure to thrive, and alcohol withdrawal with CIWA scoring.
Responsibilities
This role requires the ability to float to other areas within the same level of care, as needed. The nurse must be able to complete any online education during the orientation period.
