Collaborate on patient medical issues with the physician to determine protocol and procedure. Complete all imaging exams and procedures providing the most optimal images for review; process and evaluate according to policy and protocol. Confirm patient identity. Obtain and record patient identification, medical history, or test results. Review and update patient documentation in EMR and PACS. Perform venipunctures when applicable, utilizing universal precautions while administering contrast media. Practice established safety guidelines and utilize ALARA radiation reduction tools and techniques. Qualifications Preferred Associate's Degree Required Certificate 1 year Radiology Required Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association State Radiographer Operator License - .
