What you can expect Staff Supervision Acts as a shift supervisor and oversees sales associates when a supervisor is absent. Performance Management Monitors the operations of a unit and provides input to the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations. People Management Activities Participates in people management activities for unit team members such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews. Quality Assurance Performs inspections and quality auditing and looks for ways to improve the retail experience. Training & Education Provides training for new hires and ensures current coworker knowledge is up to date. Job Duties Must be able to perform all duties of EVS Association I and II.
