WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT Food Service Associate Duties Ability to perform all food service associate duties. Diet Office Software Assists in maintaining diet office software, as required. Resolves Concerns Investigates, evaluates and resolves concerns of those we are privileged to serve. Management Collaboration Keeps the next level of management informed of significant developments. Performance Management Monitors the operations of a unit and provides input to the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations. Cleaning & Maintenance Oversees the cleaning of food service areas. People Management Activities Participates in people management activities for unit team members such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews. QUALIFICATIONS Preferred High School Diploma/GED 3 years Healthcare food service Preferred Food Handler Certification - Indiana Full-time, Days/Evening, Holidays and weekends rotation.
