Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus 1701 S Creasy Ln Lafayette, Indiana 47905 The Quality Data Analyst collects and records varied departmental data and key operational measures, as well as verifies accuracy and validity of the source. This position maintains, revises and develops system databases. This position performs data management, analysis, and reporting of financial, budgetary, as well as productivity measures, utilizing independent judgment and action. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT 16 hours/week on site at our Lafayette, Indiana ministry Extract, collect, and collate appropriate, useful, and necessary data. Conduct related research and data mining. Validate and ensure integrity and accuracy of all data. Identify inaccurate data and disregard as appropriate. Analyze small and large data sets which may include using statistical techniques within statistical software. Evaluate and interpret results and final analysis in terms understandable to the appropriate audience. Collect data and produce Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations (OPPE) for all Medicals Staff members. Provide administrative support for Quality Management committees. Maintain, organize and coordinate department office and activities.
