Unit Profiles : The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient ratios, and other unique details to assist recruiting professionals in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff.
Role : Cath Lab Tech III, Radiology Technologist, ARRT
Specialty : Cath Lab, Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, EP, IR
Number of Contractor Openings : 1
Shift Hours : Day Shift and On Call Coverage, Staggered start times based on procedure schedule. Typical 7 or 8am start, on-call shift is 8 : 30am - 5pm
Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36
Weekend Shift Hours : Yes, only when on call based on emergent patient needs only with on rotated basis.
Call Requirements : Rotational
Years of Experience : Min 2 years
Unit Information : Number of Beds : 4 Cath Lab Procedural Rooms
Equipment : Philips Azurion / Carto for EP / Arterion Med Rad
EMR : Epic Cupid, Xper, Cardiolab
Hiring Profile : Must Have Skills / Experience : Scrub for Cath Lab / EP cases, strong people skills, solid working knowledge of all aspects of the Cardiac Cath Lab / IR Lab, ability to learn new skills, attention to detail, strong process improvement skills, team building skill
Preferred Skillset / Experience : Scrub for Cath Lab / EP / IR / Structural Heart Cases, strong people skills, solid working knowledge of all aspects of the Cardiac Cath Lab / IR Lab, ability to learn new skills, attention to detail, strong process improvement skills, team building skill
Type of Patients on Unit : Care for outpatients and all inpatient procedures
Personality Fit : Flexibility / adaptability to a procedural schedule, works well with others, self-starter, able to work with different personalities
Dress Code : Scrub Color : Ceil blue – provided by facility, Any unacceptable attire : Must follow Scrub Attire Policy, ripped, torn jeans, tank tops, flip flops, etc.
