Serve as a primary resource for Specimen Receiving to address problems and identify resolutions and other duties as assigned Additional Job Description Education: HS Diploma or GED equivalent required and a minimum of one year of health care setting experience; or certified as a Clinical Laboratory Assistant; or certified as a phlebotomist; or student enrolled in an accredited Bachelor of Science program in a science related major; or a Bachelor of Science degree; or enrolled in an accredited Clinical Laboratory Science program or Medical Laboratory Technician program. Previous customer service work experience required and a minimum of one (1) year of experience in an Anatomical or Clinical Pathology Laboratory required. Typing speed of corrected 45 wpm.
