Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and nursing standards. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team, maintaining accurate and timely documentation. Educate patients and their families on health management, post-discharge care, and lifestyle modifications. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to infection control policies. Support patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity. Additional Job Description Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Required Licensure/Certification: Provisional/Temporary Graduate Nurse license with the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
