The Physical Therapist II develops and provides optimal patient care by planning and implementing a physical therapy program for individuals based on age-specific and population-specific needs utilizing a developmental and patient/family-directed approach. Under the general supervision of the lead Physical Therapist III functions as a staff therapist. Patient populations served: infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric for a variety of diagnoses including but not limited to neurologic, orthopedic, post-surgical, pediatric, medically complex, inpatient, or outpatient throughout the hospital system. ****15k Sign-On Bonus!****** Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program Experience: Less than one year experience as a physical therapist.
