WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Hours: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm plus on call rotation Assist in the temporary shutdown of facility equipment, systems, and components necessary for renovation and new construction projects. Design, construct, install, and remove various facility general equipment, systems, and components. Diagnose malfunctions in the facility's general equipment, systems, or components and take appropriate corrective and preventative actions. Maintain appropriate documentation for the facility’s general equipment, systems, and components. Maintain appropriate inventory of replacement electrical equipment and systems. Maintain the hospital computerized maintenance management system through the appropriate completion of work orders and the recording of equipment history. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on all general facility equipment, systems, and components in accordance with prescribed procedures. Provide quality control for new installations or replacements of general facility equipment, systems, and components performed by others.
