What you can expect: Area Maintenance Completes other project duties such as wall washing, ceiling cleaning, and window cleaning. Event Set Up Performs conference center set-ups and furniture moves. Area Maintenance Performs floor care maintenance for carpeted surfaces including carpet extraction and Bonnet cleaning. Area Maintenance Performs floor care maintenance for hard surfaces such as burnishing, stripping and refinishing, and mopping. Waste Removal Removes and transports wastes including biological and general waste; prepares them for disposal via facility methods such as packaging and compactor. Qualifications Preferred High School Diploma/GED 1 year Housekeeping Required 1 year Project/Floor Care Preferred Dept of Trans Training (DOTTRN) - . Floor care/carpet certification - . Full-time, 2pm - 10:30 pm.
