WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Schedule: Mon – Fri, 7 am – 3:30 pm (weekend & holiday rotation) Unload delivery trucks, check for damaged boxes, sign for parcels, deliver stock supplies to Central Supply and non-stock supplies to departments throughout the facility and off-site locations, prepare parcels to be shipped out by courier. Match packing slips with supplies received in order to ensure that correct quantities were received. Receive daily stock orders, restocks shelves, rotates supplies, and monitor expiration dates. Count and restock PAR locations daily to maintain established PAR levels. Fill and deliver departmental daily requisitions. Answer all incoming calls and assists end users as needed. Maintain clean supply areas. Perform weekly cycle counts of Central Supply items. Prepare parcels to be shipped out by courier in order to expedite hospital supplies in a timely manner.
