Based out of Indianapolis, the District Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of multiple sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong P&L management skills, a solid background in the Environmental Waste and Transportation Industry, and a proven ability to lead teams towards achieving organizational goals. Educational Background: College diploma/degree in Environmental Science or equivalent work experience. Operational Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an Operational Management role, with strong knowledge of environmental waste and vehicle operations. Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Highway Traffic Act and applicable Safety Act.
