As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Field, you will be responsible for providing a stellar Sourcing, Recruitment & Selection experience for all candidates and Hiring Managers. Working in partnership with the Recruitment Manager and Operational Hiring Managers, the Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process by providing sourcing, pre-screening, selection and pre-employment support. As a trusted business partner, you will act as a consultant for developing hiring plans and recruiting strategies for our Operations teams. We work in a high-volume environment and with leaders who have very specific needs that require creative sourcing strategies. In addition to recruitment, this Sr. Recruiter will have oversight of our partnerships with staffing agencies, trades schools, post-secondary institutions, training institutions, and community partners. You will also be responsible for managing your work in Workday as your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and delivering against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by leadership. This individual will serve as a culture ambassador who will help drive change in the company and enhance the candidate’s experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage full cycle recruiting by partnering with field operations leadership to determine staffing needs within an assigned territory • Work closely with our hiring managers to manage sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes • Manage vendor relationships for contract and temporary personnel • Ensure data compliance and integrity within the ATS for accurate reporting • Continuously review, make recommendations, and enhance all interviewing procedures • Keep yourself up to date with market trends to make sound recommendations to operational leaders and team members • Proactively build a pipeline of talent for multiple requisitions across the company in partnership with hiring managers to meet established business goals • Manage direct reports with accountability for their progression and performance as per the defined KPIs • Work with leadership to develop forecasting plans based on historical conversion rates/hiring metrics • Build a rich pool of qualified candidates to deliver new hires by use of traditional and non-traditional resources such as career fairs, online job fairs, community networking events and more, to identify and attract quality candidates • Maintain and report on analytics that relate to retention and recruitment • Support ad hoc projects as needed by the business • Train and act as a buddy to other new recruiters on the team • Deliver offer letters for all positions, and explain important information within the offer (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete clauses) • Create and develop sourcing strategies as needed • Manage college and university partnership programs • Partner with HR to assist with internal employee transfer process • Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance • Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy Requirements: • 4-year College Degree (B.A.) preferred • 3-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, with strong transferable experience across operational industries preferred • This position requires ~25% travel • Valid Driver's License required • Workday experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: • General knowledge of employment standards, employee relations, benefits, training/coaching and onboarding • Ability to write professional correspondence to employees, management, and vendors via internal and external communications • Ability to work under limited supervision and with tight deadlines • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task with great attention to detail • Ability to supervise others in remote locations and provide positive leadership and guidance Physical/Mental Demands: • Ability to handle heavy telephone call volume • Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear • Ability to regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds and lift/move up to 20 pounds occasionally Working Conditions: • Noise level is moderate • Work in indoor office environment 75% of the time • Frequent travel to branch locations via car and airplane.
