Position Overview

QMB Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and results-oriented Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while contributing to impactful projects that enhance our brand's online presence. As a Marketing Intern, you'll focus on social media strategy , content creation , and campaign analytics to amplify brand awareness, foster audience engagement, and support lead generation efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute creatively to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Help to develop and execute a cohesive social media marketing strategy aligned with QMB's goals and brand identity.
  • Create and manage content calendars to maintain a consistent and engaging presence across platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.

Content Creation & Curation

  • Craft high-quality, engaging content such as graphics, videos, blogs, and posts tailored to target audiences.
  • Curate relevant industry content from influencers and partners to enhance engagement.
  • Ensure all content aligns with QMB's brand voice and messaging guidelines.
  • Community Management

  • Foster meaningful interactions with followers, influencers, and key stakeholders across social platforms.
  • Monitor social media activity, responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and feedback.
  • Address customer inquiries or concerns via social media, escalating as needed.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) to evaluate campaign success.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide actionable insights to refine social strategies.
  • Prepare and present performance reports with data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with content, design, and product teams to align messaging and drive cohesive marketing campaigns.
  • Support PR, events, and broader marketing initiatives through integrated social media efforts
  • Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), trends and best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Hootsuite is a plus.
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
