Position Overview: We are seeking experienced business leaders to work as C12 Chairs. In this role, you will facilitate peer advisory groups, mentor C12 members, and guide Christian business owners and CEOs in aligning their professional practices with their faith. This role is ideal for someone with a strong business background, a passion for marketplace ministry, and a commitment to supporting others in the journey of Building a Great Business for a Greater Purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and build membership: Identify Christian business leaders who are good fits for C12 membership.
- Facilitate Monthly Peer Advisory Meetings: Lead monthly meetings for C12 members, facilitating the MBA-level curriculum that is supplied by the C12 HQs curriculum team.
- One-on-One Coaching: Provide individualized coaching to each member through monthly one-on-one sessions, helping members develop actionable plans to achieve business goals while strengthening their personal and spiritual lives.
- For a Greater Purpose: Encourage members to uphold integrity, stewardship, and servant leadership in their business practices. Use biblical principles to guide members in their decision-making and strategic planning.
- Build and Foster a Trusted Community: Cultivate a welcoming, supportive environment where members feel safe sharing challenges, celebrating wins, and providing accountability to one another both personally, and professionally.
- Drive Personal and Professional Growth: Leverage your business acumen to support each member in maximizing their impact and influence both within their companies and in their communities.
Qualifications:
- Proven Executive or Senior Leadership Experience with P&L responsibility.
- Strong Christian faith.
- Exceptional Interpersonal and Facilitation Skills.
