Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide clear and effective leadership to Project Managers and Job Captains, guiding them through all stages of project execution. Foster the professional growth of team members through mentorship, support, and strategic direction.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Act as a key point of contact, providing updates, managing concerns, and fostering a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Oversight: Oversee on-site observations, ensuring that projects are progressing according to the design intent and meeting quality standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with the approved design.
- Consultant Integration: Work closely with external consultants to integrate their expertise into the project. Facilitate smooth coordination between internal and external teams to ensure cohesive and efficient project development.
