You will be part of our dynamic team, working closely with experienced professionals to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to coordinate project tasks, ensure adherence to project requirements, and drive project success.
• Consultant Integration: Work with external consultants to integrate their expertise into project design, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
• Compliance and Research: Conduct thorough research on project requirements, zoning regulations, and other relevant codes to ensure compliance with governing agencies' guidelines.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in technical skills, including AutoCAD and other relevant software, to create accurate and detailed project documentation.
• Mentorship and Training: Support the growth of junior team members by providing mentorship and training in various project tasks.
• Document Preparation: Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive construction document packages, ensuring all necessary details are included.
• Client and Consultant Interaction: Act as a point of contact for clients and consultants, facilitating effective communication and resolving project-related queries.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables, adhering to the firm's standards and best practices.
• Project Ownership: Take ownership of assigned projects, working under the guidance of the project manager or higher-ups to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Construction Observation: Participate in construction observation activities, gaining valuable insights into project implementation and addressing on-site challenges.
