Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement academic plans for prospective and enrolled families.
- Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality instruction and support services.
- Oversee center operations, ensuring seamless execution of programs and services.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, driving retention through exceptional service.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local schools, community leaders, and businesses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.)
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Eligible to work in the U.S., without sponsorship requirements.
- Ability to travel assigned areas regularly.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $60,000
- Incentive Compensation potential: $5,000 - $15,000
