LOCATION & ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position requiring that all Candidates must be United States citizens and able to successfully complete and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
This position can be based anywhere physically within the United States. This position will require periodic travel (up to 25%) for client meetings and work assignments. The candidate must be a US Citizen and is subject to a background check and unannounced drug testing requirements. Solutions Engineer
Job Duties:

Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Solution Development: Collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to design and implement IT solutions aligned with business objectives.

System Maintenance: Support the maintenance and monitoring of IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and project plans.

Project Participation: Contribute to IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new system implementations.

User Training: Provide end-user support and training on new systems and technologies.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of IT solutions.
Education/Training, Qualifications, and Certifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field OR three years of equivalent work experience.

Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, cloud services, and system administration.

Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
