This position involves working directly with our top agent, who consistently sells $30-$40 million annually; this position is meant for someone who is looking for a long-term career, is willing to work hard, and the pay structure will be set up as a win/win.

This position offers gives the opportunity to make smaller commissions while learning how to become a top producer as well as a semi-structured schedule but will have all the opportunities of a salesperson including:
- Outbound lead generation
- Prospecting for new business
- Database (CRM) management
- Nurturing lead pipelines
- Lead and client conversions
- Writing and negotiating contracts
- Navigating clients through the transaction with a full time in-office support team
- Handling inspection and appraisal negotiations
- ...so much more.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
- Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
- Communicating clearly, promptly, and efficiently to requests, inquiries, and working to help convert clients and assist in the process of finding buyers find the perfect home
- Analyzing the needs and wants of the clients and interpreting today's real estate market
- Follow up with clients weekly and send them customized homes to go view
- Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities
- Your main job is to grow relationships between your team and your clients. This is a role revolving 100% around service!
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
- Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
- Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Current and valid Real Estate License in CA
- Have or easily obtain Supra eKey
- A reliable vehicle is necessary
- Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
- Can spend a large amount of time driving
- Present yourself in a professional manner
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
Compensation
1099 commissions based on deals assisted and personal production

Pay: $49,000.00 - $187,156.00 per year
