We have created the opportunity for our agents to earn commissions by signing new investors as landlord clients with C&C Property Management and helping them build their portfolios. Investment Partners also have significant sales brokerage opportunities throughout the company, creating an additional income stream with zero split commissions!

As an agent, your responsibilities would include:
· Listing and selling residential real estate
· Negotiating purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers,
· Preparing market analysis to help determine property value and educating clients on basic real estate procedures.
