We’re looking for full-time agents who are ready to plug in and perform. You’ll receive live tour requests, personalized mentorship, and a backend operations team that lets you focus on what matters most—closing deals.
Our goal is to get you leads to create some wins, generate income and build your database, then help you shift your focus to accumulating more listings, and eventually build your business on referrals—getting you away from the need for Zillow Flex deals.

Your Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to incoming Zillow Flex leads and tour requests
- Deliver high-level consults and write strong offers
- Maintain CRM accuracy to track and convert opportunities
- Follow our proven system and contribute to a winning team culture
- Work full-time and treat this like the business it is
Who You Are:
- A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) real estate agent
- Hungry to grow, eager to learn, and responsive to leads
- Comfortable with technology and fast-paced environments
