CSquared Systems is currently seeking an enthusiastic entry – mid level Construction Manager to join our high performing team of technology professionals in Syracuse, NY. This position encompasses leading installation projects from beginning to end, along with supporting the customer requests for new builds, repairs, and routine maintenance.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Exercises independent judgment and discretion in overall project management by prioritizing, planning, and tracking project progress while staying within the budget.
- Daily field deployment to oversee construction.
- Field installation, Coax cable testing / repair, fiber testing / repair, surveys, and coming up with various innovative construction solutions.
- Stakeholder updates using the MS Office Suite
- Consults with management to identify customer needs and coordinate project objectives.
- Manages the resources performing the construction work including direct reporting staff, matrix staff, and vendor and subcontractor resources
- Create / Update SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Quality Assurance verification for various projects.
