Our firm is seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Supervisor that will work in Riverdale, Maryland. The Assistant Facility Supervisor's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for maintaining a schedule and tracking system to ensure work requests are processed in the timely and efficient manner.
- Work with team members to ensure that work requests are completed and communicated effectively with the customers.
- Responsible for assembly, disassembly, reassembly, and delivery/installation of various office furniture and office equipment based on customer requests and requirements
- Setup/take down tables and chairs for meetings and conferences
- Wipe down dry erase boards in meeting, training, and conference rooms
- Setup tables in the lobby and lounges for special events
- Setup and take down signs outside conference center and training rooms
- Monitor/check miscellaneous supplies in common areas of the building
- Maintain inventory of blue bins. Issue and recollect blue bins as established by the agency
- Perform minor system furniture reconfiguration
- Move/relocate desk top computers, printers, tables, desk, hutch, credenzas, file cabinets, bookcases, safes, chairs, sofa’s, government purchased standard size refrigerators and other similar items
- Assemble office furniture received from commercial vendor (desk, chairs, bookcases, shelving units) If you believe you are qualified for this position, please send your resume to the email provided
- Maintain a clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently facility
Requirements:
- This individual must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a background investigation
- Regular and reliable attendance
