Job Summary:
C2 Vehicles is the largest distributor of golf carts, small-wheeled electric and gas vehicles in New England. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering and returning customer phone calls, collecting payment information, and working with team members to ensure customer needs are met.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Communicate directly with retail customers to gather details on cart- related issues, collect payment information securely, and initiate service request
- Handle high volume of customer calls, in an accurate, timely, and courteous manner
- Greet customers as they enter store and assist with initial questions or directions
Qualities We are Looking For:
- Exceptional interpersonal and phone skills a must!
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to follow established policies and procedures.
- Embraces being part of a team to provide exceptional customer service.
