If you have experience maintaining pricing and contract information or have utilized software applications such as Oracle or SAP, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the Sales Operations team at the global leader in implantable hearing devices! In this role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO. This role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office 2 days per week minimum, with 3 days per week working from home.

In this role the Sr Manager, Pricing and Contract Lifecycle is responsible for collaborating on pricing strategies across Sales, Product Management, Recipient Services, Health Economics and Finance to optimize revenue and associated average selling price (ASP). To be successful in this role, this individual leads the implementation of pricing strategies and manages the contractual commitments within all provider contracts.  The Pricing Team is responsible for the execution and implementation of the pricing strategies within the current TAPs process and order fulfillment systems as well as the rebate and administrative fee payment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate pricing and contract information in Oracle as well as on the pricing (MB) spreadsheet, including price lists, customer specific pricing agreements, tier counts, shipping charges and promotional pricing for both the US and Canadian markets.
  • Responsible for identifying, testing and deploying alternative Oracle pricing set ups through collaboration with IT to support future product launches, pricing strategies or contractual obligations.
  • Manage system/s needed for effective contract and pricing proposals including TAPs, Excel, Oracle, etc.  Lead initiatives to improve processes and systems to enhance pricing proposals.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Health Economics and Clinical to refine and enhance pricing and contracting strategies that align to customer requirements.
  • Responsible for customer rebate and administrative fee process through effective tracking, calculation, approvals, payment and delivery to customer in line with contract language.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7 years of experience
  • 4 years administrative experience within software applications such as Oracle E-Business Suite or SAP and/or Pricing experience preferred

  • Salary range in the United States: $130,000 - $135,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 15% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
