Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research and document preparation, with proficiency in tools and platforms essential to modern legal practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage legal documents with precision.
- Collaborate effectively using Microsoft Office Suite and Teams meeting solutions.
- Maintain and organize client files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist attorneys in case preparation and management.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Westlaw for legal research.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Teams or similar virtual meeting platforms.
- Familiarity with Clio case management software is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
