C2G Insurance Solutions is expanding its team in Miami, FL, and we are actively seeking talented Health Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing organization. This is a hybrid role offering a competitive base salary along with performance-based bonuses.
Position Overview:
As a Health Insurance Sales Agent, you will engage with prospective customers, assess their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions by recommending the appropriate coverages, products, and benefits. Our comprehensive training program equips you with the necessary skills to succeed, and we provide full support, including covering the cost of obtaining the required state insurance licenses—no prior licensure required before starting.

Work Schedule:
- Operating hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM local time
- Weekend work may be required
- Full-time position with seasonal flexibility
Work Location:
- Hybrid-remote work available upon completion of training
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from prospective members, assess their needs, and convert them into qualified leads and sales
- Generate own leads to meet sales targets
- Handle outside leads from prospective members
- Follow up with members to address inquiries, review product offerings, and provide ongoing support
- Efficiently navigate multiple computer systems while maintaining active engagement with customers
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio to guide customers in selecting the best-fit insurance plan
- Assist in completing enrollment applications over the phone in compliance with product requirements and enrollment guidelines
- Meet performance metrics in sales, attendance, and customer experience
- Maintain active licensure, appointments, and annual product certification requirements
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary plus monthly sales incentives
- Average annual earnings range from $50K – $65K, with top performers earning $80K
- Sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 for external candidates

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or
- Ability to obtain the necessary state insurance licenses within 30 days of hire (training provided)
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
- Must live within commuting distance of our Miami, FL office (1000 NW 57th Court, Floor 5, Miami, FL 33126)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
