What You'll Do
As a Team Carpenter at C2MG, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping high-end residential and historic projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Prep: Plan and lay out construction or renovation projects with accuracy.
- Precision Measuring: Calculate dimensions—height, width, length—for flawless execution.
- Material Mastery: Select the right wood, metal, or other materials for each task.
- Blueprint Expertise: Follow detailed plans or supervisor guidance to bring designs to life.
- Tool Skills: Wield hand tools (chisels, saws, planes) and power tools (drills, sanders) with confidence.
- Construction & Assembly: Join materials using nails, screws, or adhesives, and install features like cabinets, molding, doors, and windows.
- Quality Control: Check your work against top standards every step of the way.
- Specialized Tasks: Set up scaffolding, prep concrete forms, and tackle remodeling projects.
- Precision Craftsmanship: Use levels, framing squares, and surveying tools to ensure everything's spot-on.
- Experience: 3 years of carpentry expertise (required).
