What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance and Annuity Contracting and Licensing Processor position at C2P Enterprises LLC?
We are a rapidly expanding, innovative financial services organization seeking to add a top-flight Annuity Contracting & Licensing Processor to our team. This position is responsible for providing support to agents/advisors and business development with items relating to contracting, licensing, appointment and registration of insurance or investment professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Work closely with other Operations and Sales departments to build and maintain strong relationships with advisors.
* Contract and appointment processing.
* Assist Manager with the Advisor Onboarding process
*Work with agents/advisors (or their admin staff) and insurance carrier representatives to problem-solve paperwork and issues.
* Field incoming calls/emails regarding Contracting, Appointments and Training items.
*Data entry of information into AMS and CRM
*Track and conduct regular follow-ups on pending appointments.
* Provide status updates to agents/advisors (or their admin staff)
* Manage pending and active appointment records to ensure accuracy. Noting all actions, conversations and status changes as needed.
* File/organization of associated contracting and appointment forms.
* High-level problem resolution – work toward mitigating outstanding requirements and efficient appointment processing.
* Contribute to building and maintaining client relationships built on trust by providing timely and accurate information, providing solutions to problems that arise during the appointment process and keeping promises
*Assist in the development of internal processes and reference material

THE CONTRACTING COORDINATOR SKILLS INCLUDE:
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook), Word and Excel and web-based programs
·*Data Entry and File Management/Organization
* Self-motivated, driven and able to articulate vision
*Detail oriented. Specifically, the ability to review contracting forms (hard copy and electronic) for errors
* Must be self-starter, have the ability to work independently and well within a team environment
* Solution-based thinking
* Must be comfortable with multi-tasking, able to manage multi-step procedures, handle interruptions in workflow and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
*High level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and excellent attention to detail
*Able to maintain strict confidentiality of corporate information
EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
* 2 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry preferred.
* Annuity/insurance service experience preferred, either with an insurance company, marketing organization or an independent insurance agent/advisor
*Experience with an Agency Management System (SmartOffice, Agency Integrator, etc.) CRM (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.), e-Application platform (Firelight, AnnuityNET) or automated contracting system (SureLC) a PLUS!
* Skilled at communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide range of stakeholders
