- Work with Architects to design and implement BI Reporting Database solution using Star, Snowflake schemas.
- Work with product managers and Scrum team members to ensure database code meets requirements.
- Review user stories, estimate effort to build functionality and participate in Sprint Planning and retrospectives.
- Ensure efficiency of code, integrity of data structures, quality of data content and maintainability of database code.
- Participate in daily Scrums to confirm the progress, issues and bottlenecks for the work items.
- Design and build scripts for data conversion, reports and data analysis using PLpgSQL, pgDesigner, psql, pgAdmin etc.
- Development of reporting solution using updatable views, materialized views, triggers, foreign keys, functions, stored procedures, indexes, schemas, JSON data types, user-defined objects, other expandability, security, control and connectivity.
- Implement PostgreSQL features, concepts, solutions, database structures, theories, principles and practices.
- Review and ensure accuracy and maintainability of database code.
- Verify functionality of completed work prior to moving into testing, quality assurance.
- Develop test data and test plans including documentation in project, incident tracking system to provide direction for verification of functionality.
- Respond to Customer questions and Troubleshoot CerditLens Live database issues.
- Coordinate with and assist Customer Support, Management, Sales, IT, Security teams.
