Degree Requirement: This position requires, at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
Job Duties
- Identify and understand capacity constructs and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes.
- Perform Metadata analysis and conduct eco-system to use case feasibility study.
- Plan a system flow from the ground up.
- Interact with internal users and customers to learn and document requirements that are then used to produce business requirements documents.
- Write technical requirements from a critical phase.
- Developing API using REST services.
- Design and develop quota ticketing process models in Azure DevOps to capture quota tickets for different services.
- Optimize quota request approval workflow.
- Build and provide automation development support to improve the efficiency and scalability of day to day operations.
- Build user interface to manage operation documents.
- Define and maintain access policy to restrict unwanted access to the system.
- Migrate on-prem systems to Azure cloud solutions.
- Running the Microsoft tools for validating the code quality, standards with respect to Microsoft guidelines.
- Detection of Coding Standards Violation and Defect prevention.
- Write unit test cases of developed feature.
- System Integration testing and Performance Testing.
- Designing database systems to aggregate data from various operations/ execution sources to aggregate metrics and drive business KPIs.
- Generate Power BI/ Excel reports
- Performing final verifications before release.
- Preparing the builds for release.
- Manage code branching and build versioning.
- Build deployment automation.
- Roll back/Disaster Recovery.
- Interacting with Operations team to resolve issues.
