The TPM will collaborate with engineering, product management, data science, and operations to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality C3 AI products.The C3 AI Platform is the foundation of our suite of C3 AI applications, C3 Generative AI, and C3 AI Integrated Development Studio visual tools.This is a hands-on role in which you will be involved in the end-to-end C3 AI Platform release process. This includes planning, design, software development, code quality, security, performance and scalability, release readiness, and all associated quality processes.You will be part of a team of highly skilled and dedicated software development professionals.  This is a great opportunity to work with industry leading artificial intelligence, big data, and machine learning technologies.Our commitment to continuous process improvement allows for opportunities to improve the productivity of our development teams while enhancing best practices within our release process.Responsibilities : Program Management : Manage multiple C3 AI Platform projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk management.Stakeholder Collaboration : Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams.Review evidence provided for completed release readiness tasks to ensure the evidence adheres to our exacting guidelines.  Technical Leadership : Develop a comprehensive understanding of C3 AI Platform’s release process and architecture.  Identify and mitigate C3 AI Platform release  risks to ensure  release target dates are achieved while maintaining our quality driven principlesProcess Improvement : Implement best practices in program management to enhance efficiency.Conduct post-mortem analyses to improve future project outcomes.Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation.Generate and present detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders.Qualifications : A bachelor’s or graduate degree is required.5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably within AI or software development environments.Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and associated technologies.Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a perceptive attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.Preferred Qualifications : Technical background in software engineering or data science.PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.C3 AI provides excellent benefits, a competitive compensation package and generous equity plan. California Pay Range$122,000—$185,000 USDC3 AI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
