Home every 14 days for 2 days
- $0.55cpm (includes a $.20 cpm per diem)
- Weekly Guarantee - $1,000
- Average Miles = 2200
- Top 50% Average Mile = 2,800
- Average Gross – $1,550
- Top 50% Average Gross - $1800
Running East of I35 - Non-forced to NYC (Expect to run all 48 however)
