Home every 14 days for 2 days
0.55cpm (includes a $.20 cpm per diem)
Weekly Guarantee - $1,000
Average Miles = 2200
Top 50% Average Mile = 2,800
Average Gross – $1,550
Top 50% Average Gross - $1800
Running East of I35 - Non-forced to NYC (Expect to run all 48 however)
