Job Title: Programmer

Description:
As a General Programmer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support mission-critical operations. You will work closely with a team of IT professionals to design and implement software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include coding, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of software applications.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with project leads and other team members to design software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure software applications are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Document software designs, code, and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve software development processes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Five (5) or more years of related work experience in software development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C , Python, or similar.
- Experience with software development tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- U.S. Citizenship
- Optional: Relevant programming or IT certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
