About the Position : C4 is seeking a part-time Training and Technical Assistance Provider who will work with the Housing Solutions team to ensure that the work of the Housing Solutions Center is carried out. This role will provide subject matter expertise in the homelessness and housing area with an emphasis on equitable solutions.
The Housing Solutions Team provides technical assistance and training, both onsite and virtually across a wide range of housing-based stakeholders. The successful candidate will be able to lead and take part in projects that include consulting, evaluation, and researching best practices.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and lead onsite and virtual technical assistance and training in the housing field to a diverse group of community partners.
- Work as Project Manager to manage services / product delivery and budget(s).
- Participate in business development efforts in concert with the housing team and C4 Business Development team, providing technical and writing assistance on proposals, and / or developing project concepts for proactive business development.
- Implement projects from start to completion, completing them on time.
- Demonstrate racial equity proficient-, or advanced competency level knowledge.
- Provide independently prepared documents for both internal and external meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Location : C4 Innovations is a fully remote organization, therefore this position can be located anywhere in the U.S.
Salary : C4?s salary includes a comprehensive benefits package for staff working 30 or more hours per week (paid time off, health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, and 401K). This position is part-time (20-30 hours per week). The starting salary range for a Manager II at 30-hours per week is $58,406.40-$64,896; full-time equivalent is $77,875.20-$86,528. Salary is commensurate with experience.
