Job Description
ProServices OR Presales OR Technical Support OR Inside Sales
- The Customer Care Representative will handle all toll-free incoming calls for the following departments: ProServices. Presales, Technical Support, CaPS/Return Material Authorizations (RMA’s), Training, and Inside Sales.
- Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the Company
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 2-5 years of relevant, professional experience customer service experience.
- Familiar with BaaN Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Prior experience with database and business systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of various networking telecommunications technologies.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Other similar disciplines and/or related fields may be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
