Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Oak Hills, CA
The analyst is responsible for the IT infrastructure at the site, and may be involved in workstation support, telecom, printers, server support and/or networking. They will also need to be able to work with remote teams that assist in support of the site.

- Ability to Configure, Deploy, Install, Migrate, Patch, Replace, Support & Triage Site Infrastructure as follows:
- WINTEL/LINUX NetPC, Standard & Process PC's
- HP & Manufacturing Printers (HP, Zebra, etc.)
- Telecom - Ethernet, LAN/WAN, Firewall, Routers\Switches Cisco, TCP/IP, VPN & Wireless
- Provide Standard and Local Software Support - MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Maintain Dashboard Expectations for PC's, ITSM tickets, & PC Vulnerabilities
- Attend & Comply with All Plant IT & Production, Corporate IT, & Safety Required Training Meetings and Activities
