Project Manager - Commercial Operations
Location : Remote
As a Project Manager - Commercial Operations you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here you will make an impact by strengthening operational processes that support the consulting and outsourced services business.
This person will be responsible for initiatives to improve efficiency within our pricing, contracting, and operational support teams.
Primary activities include the following :
- Identify process improvements, adapt current procedures, and implement new practices and tools to solve complex problems
- Plan, direct, and coordinate projects in a timely, cost-effective manner
- Manage project milestones and cross-functional team handoffs
- Report to project stakeholders periodically on project status
- Identify gaps, opportunities, risks, and recommendations to meet project deadlines
- Document best-practice standard operating procedures
- Actively participate in relevant corporate programs / initiatives
- Comply with professional and quality standards as well as corporate policies and procedures; and act in a manner consistent with Solventum's values and ethical standards.
