SAP Commerce Cloud Consultant
Technical Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in SAP Hybris Commerce – Involves design, configuration, testing, and production deployment of SAP Hybris Commerce.
- Proficiency with Hybris Backend tools – Must be familiar with tools like Backoffice, Product Cockpit, WCMS Cockpit, CS Cockpit, etc.
- Experience with SAP Commerce Modules – Technical knowledge in various SAP Commerce modules like Catalog Management, Promotions/Vouchers, Shopping Cart & checkout, Payments, and Sync & Async Order Management with SAP.
- Experience with SAP Hybris Integration – Specifically, integration with SAP ECC and SAP CRM, and possibly working with SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Data Hub.
- Collaboration with Technical, DevOps, and other teams – Working closely with these teams to design and implement SAP Commerce functionalities.
- Technical Specifications Development – Writing functional and technical specifications after performing system analysis.
- Experience with SAP ECC and SAP CRM – Technical knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP CRM, specifically their integration with Hybris.
- SAP Integration Knowledge – Understanding SAP integration with Hybris, including the technical aspects of data synchronization.
- SAP Hybris Certification – Having a certification, which is often seen as a technical qualification.
- Analyzing and articulating functional requirements – Collaborating with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to understand and define the functional needs of the business.
- End-to-End Delivery – Being responsible for the complete delivery of the requirements, ensuring all functional criteria are met during implementation.
- Pre-Sales Business Process Knowledge – Involvement in lead generation, opportunity management, quote management, and order business processes like order induction in ECC.
- System Analysis and Functional Specification Development – Performing detailed system analysis and developing functional specifications to meet business needs.
- Interaction with Multiple Organizations – Collaborating with various teams (e.g., business, technical) to ensure successful project implementation in the SAP space.
- Experience with B2B Channel Implementations – Acting as a functional consultant in full life-cycle implementations of SAP Commerce for B2B channels.
- Understanding of Business Process Needs – Translating business requirements into functional solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Working with Business SMEs – Interacting with business and functional SMEs to understand, analyze, and document business processes and functional requirements.
