Description :
The candidate should have demonstrable skills and experience in the following areas :
- Implementing SAP S / 4 HANA IS Oil or other S / 4 HANA technology solutions
- Adapting change management plans and activities throughout technology implementation
- Working autonomously within established methodologies and governance structures
- Thinking strategically and cross-functionally to drive end-user adoption of a change
- Assessing the scope of change management work required, planning and supporting deliverables, and executing on the plan with excellence
- Communicating and partnering effectively across organizational levels via multiple communication vehicles
- Adapting to organizational culture and norms
- Facilitating alignment among leaders and key stakeholders
- Identifying impacted groups, scope of change, and solutions for mitigating change impacts
- Achieving results collaboratively with multiple support teams and organizations
This role will require regular on-site presence and occasional travel
