UX Researcher IVLocation : RemoteTell us about your department : The Experience Design Research Evaluative Practice is responsible for assessing digital experiences across all products and services - collaborating with design, engineering, and product stakeholders to outline, conduct, and report on research studies to inform experience design.
Project Description : As a Lead Experience Researcher in the Evaluative Practice, you will lead, plan, and conductformative and evaluative research to support the company in delivering amazing customer and employeeexperiences. Lead Experience Researchers in the Evaluative Practice will plan and conduct complex research studies based on product strategy and knowledge gaps, partner with design and research leadership to inform decision-making and contribute to product planning including OKRs, roadmaps, and strategy. The most successful candidates will enjoy triangulating data across qualitative work, data and analytics, experimentation efforts, and experience metrics to inform decision-making.
Skills Overview :
- Independently plan, lead, and conduct formative and evaluative research in complex problem= spaces.
- Identify gaps and needs for new research studies based on understanding of product strategy.
- Integrate data and analytics, experience measurement, experimentation, and evaluative practice in product spaces to impact product road maps
