We are building a new integration team in Kraków and looking for a skilled Integration Tech Lead to help us build cutting-edge IT solutions that support our global business operations. Our Integration team at Alfa Laval will ensure seamless information exchange between applications — both internally and with external partners.
The Role
As a key member of our integration team, you will:
Develop, configure, and test software solutions that meet business needs.
Participate in requirements gathering, ensuring solutions align with design documentation.
Conduct peer reviews and maintain well-documented code.
Work in an agile DevOps team, taking ownership of the full development lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership within the team, supporting best practices and mentoring developers.
Play a key role in establishing and growing our technical team in Krakow.
Who You Are
You are a self-driven problem solver with a passion for software development and a commitment to quality. You thrive in a collaborative, agile environment and enjoy building robust, scalable solutions.
What You Bring
3 years of experience with C# and Microsoft Azure resources (Storage, Service Bus, Web Apps, Logic Apps, Function Apps).
Experience in CI/CD for Azure using ARM or Bicep and standard unit test frameworks.
Strong understanding of integration concepts and solution design.
Familiarity with agile principles and working in a DevOps environment.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and provide effort estimates.
Available to work in hybrid model, 3 days a week from Kraków office.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Dynamics 365 Sales would be a big plus.
