Job Description
Invoice all work orders
Open all mail – distribute accordingly **Payroll, A/R, A/P, Paychex
Organize travel for employees (hotel stay, etc.) when necessary
Assist with Accounts Payable
Verify employees timesheets through T-Sheets
Assist owner with any administrative tasks that may arise including maintaining advertising and resume distribution for potential new hires.
Job Context
This position requires an individual capable of shifting duties when necessary with ease. Timely response to our customers is very important because it is the foundation of the trust and reliability that our company has built. The Office Administrator can mold the position each day that best fits their individual style as long as everything is being completed properly and consistently. It’s important that the owner has help keeping tasks organized, including questions and needs of employees as well as customers.
Work Performance:
Initial review will take place 60 days after start date. Each year there is a yearly performance appraisal which takes place 1 year from your hire date. Yearly performance appraisal review will help determine yearly raise.
Compensation Information
Office Administrator is an hourly paid position. Work week is Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. There is an hour unpaid lunch period daily and PTO (40 hours paid vacation after 6 months, paid sick days (cumulative), and paid qualifying holidays if the holiday is on a regular work day). After 6 months you are also welcome to Lifetime Fitness Membership.

Upon Hire:
C4H Building Specialist works specifically with self-storage facilities. Our Corporate office is located in Troy, Michigan, but we have technicians working in Ohio and Illinois as well. The self-storage industry is very busy, and the variety of work we offer these facilities has made us a premiere vendor in our locations.
