Responsibilities
- Conduct B2B cold calling to generate leads and establish new client relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on progress.
- Develop and implement effective territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and account management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and account management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
