Position summary and overview:
- C7 Works LLC is searching for a highly skilled project coordinator to contribute to its growth and help us maintain our position as an innovative authority in our industry. The project coordinator’s primary focus will be assisting our project managers in all stages of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work on tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment, will have the ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently with competing deadlines, see tasks and projects accurately through completion, and prioritize their work according to project expectations. The Project Coordinator position works extensively within Microsoft Office applications, and within an inventory management system. Candidates must display strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key Job Functions:
- Generate and issue proposals to customers
- Generate and issue vendor purchase orders
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive files for projects
- Timely response to project problems, provide solutions, and dispatch service with vendors
- Act as a point of contact/communication between internal teams and external resources
- Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates
- Processing invoices from accounts payable for approval
- Coordinate with internal and external partners, ensuring all projects and orders remain within scope and schedule
- Run relevant reports on projects and orders
- Provide additional administrative support on project tasks as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and diligently perform work requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to be able to logically resolve issues quickly
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and keen organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe
- Understands how their position relates to other positions within the organization and contributes to company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and commitment to excellent follow-up
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current and properly filed
- Coordinate with all team members to keep workflow needs met
- Experience with QuickBooks software preferred
- Experience with Fishbowl, or other inventory management software preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or years of equivalent experience, preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
